Refund policy

 

Made-to-Order / Custom Products:

• Cannot be returned for change of mind.

• Returns only accepted if faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Non-Custom Products):

• You can cancel/return within 14 days for any reason.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

 

How to Request a Return:

• Contact info@alternativemedia.ie first.

• Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Approved returns will include a return shipping label and instructions.

 

Refunds:

Inspected returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. 

Bank processing times may vary, especially for international orders.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

• Made-to-order or personalised prints

• Sale items or gift cards

 

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
